These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Rabit Network, an application for cloud mining of Rabit Coin (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
The Service allows users to mine Rabit Coin through cloud mining by logging into the app every 6 hours and clicking the "start mining" button. Users do not need to keep the app open after clicking the button to continue mining. The base rate for mining is 1.0 rabit coins per hour, however, this rate may be subject to change depending on the growth of the total user base.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you will comply with these Terms.
As the total number of users on the Rabit Network increases, the base rate for mining may decrease. The base rate may be reduced by 50% for every increase of 100,000 users, up to a maximum of 1 billion users. The base rate will be reduced from 1.0 -> 0.5 (when grown to 100,000 users), 0.5 -> 0.25 (when grown to 1 million users), 0.25 -> 0.125 (when grown to 10 million users), 0.125 -> 0.0625 (when grown to 100 million users) until supply becomes 0 when grown to 1 billion users.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws. You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including for any violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.
